This Donburi Rice from Toyama Prefecture is called "Milky Queen" as it comes with a milky creaminess and chewy texture. The sticky rice comes is grown from the delicious Toyama water and has a texture similar to that of glutinous rice. It doesn't get hard even when it is cold, so it's excellent for Japanese curry.
