Roykrogn is a lightly smoked bottarga made from Wild caught Arctic Cod roe. This handmade bottarga has been Air-dried which results in a softer texture, so it can be easily sliced for toppings or served as carpaccio. The bottarga is coated in either yellow bees- or blue food wax to preserve its freshness without the use of plastics. The flavor of this Scandinavian Caviar is the purest expression of Roe, salt & smoke.
