Japanese BBQ sauce is called Tare or Dare sauce, which is effectively Teriyaky sauce. What makes this product from Fukuoka so special is that is based on and mackerel, sardine and bonito to give it a very unique flavor as to compliment fish and meat alike. Marinade fresh fish with Tare sauce and keep it covered with a cheese cloth outside during warm afternoons before grilling and broiling. The quality of this product speaks for itself condiment speaks for itself.
